Account

I forgot my ID and/or my password.

Your ID is your e-mail address.

If you forgot your password: click on Your account at the top of the home page, then click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address in the form and you will receive an e-mail to reset your password (don't forget to check your spam).

How to modify my account information?

Identify yourself on Your account using your e-mail address and password, you can then modify your account information. All your information is protected by our privacy policy.

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To stop receiving our newsletters, click on "Unsubscribe" which is at the end of our newsletters.

You can also ask us to unsubscribe by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

How is the personal data of my account used?

All information in your account is used in the context of your business relationship with FINGER IN THE NOSE. The processing of this nominative information is declared to the CNIL. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data any time, in application of article 34 of the law "informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to permanently delete your account, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

Orders

How do I modify or delete an item from my order?

Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be modified. However, if you notice any anomaly concerning your delivery or invoicing address or your order, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

How can I view my invoice?

Your order's details can be viewed on Your account in your order history.

To obtain the invoice in PDF format, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

Using the parcel number we gave you by e-mail, check the tracking of your parcel with the shipping carrier and contact them if necessary. If the problem continues, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

What should I do if I receive an incomplete order or a damaged or defective item?

If your order is delivered incomplete: check your shipping confirmation e-mail, which lists the products contained in the package. If this e-mail is followed by a refund e-mail, it means that the missing product is no longer available and that we have refunded it to you. Sometimes, if an other colour or an other size still is available, we contact you by e-mail to ask your opinion

If you received a damaged or defective product: first of all, our apologies! And please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com, attaching pictures.

What should I do if the promo code does not work?

First, check that the promo code has not expired. Then, check that the conditions of the promo code are fulfilled (e.g.: does the promo code apply to the selected products? have I reached the minimum purchase? have I used the beneficiary email address? etc).

If the promo code still does not work, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@fingerinthenose.com.

The items in my shopping cart have disappeared.

Items added to the cart remain available on our website until your order is finalized. If other clients put one or more of the items you have chosen in their shopping cart and validate their order before you, the items will be attributed to them. If the items are no longer available, they will be removed from your cart.

Delivery

How can I track the delivery of my order?

When the package is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

From the moment the shipping carrier has picked up the package, you'll receive several follow-up e-mails until the package is delivered.

You can also follow the delivery on the websites of our shipping carriers, DHL Express, Colissimo and its partners in your country (Bpost, Correos...).

What are the shipping costs and times?

Our shipping costs depend on the weight of your package, the packaging and the destination country.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You can receive your order directly at home, in a Pick-up point (a store which receives packages for people) or in one of our stores in Paris with the option Click & Collect.

What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

If it's a size mistake, check your order form in case you made a typing error when you placed your order

Returns and refunds

How can I return an item ordered online?

The process of the return depends on your country (from the package will be returned). As well as the time and costs of returns, you can find these processes details on Delivery & Returns page.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

No, return shipping costs are free for only one return per order.

During our private sales only (or any commercial destocking operation), we retain a flat fee of 6,00€ on the amount of your refund.

What happens when you receive the returned items?

As soon as we receive the return package, we check if the returned products aren't damaged, that they have not been worn (except for fitting) and if they still have their labels. If these conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receipt. If not, we'll contact you by e-mail.

Security and confidentiality

Is your site secure?

Each transmission of information is secured via official Internet protocols. FINGER IN THE NOSE does not store credit card information. The data is saved on the secure server of our financial providers (Stripes, PayPal).

What is your confidentiality policy?

You can use the https://www.fingerinthenose.com/ website without giving any personal information. However when you create an account on www.fingerinthenose.com, we collect the necessary information for the invoicing and shipping of your order: name, address, e-mail address, etc. The www.fingerinthenose.com website will only share your personal information when necessary, for the processing of your order: bank, shipping company, etc. www.fingerinthenose.com will use this information when necessary for your identification. www.fingerinthenose.com will only communicate your information if legally required, following a complaint deposit for example.

What are the payment methods accepted?

Payment for your purchases on www.fingerinthenose.com can be made by credit card, PayPal account, Apple Pay or a FINGER IN THE NOSE gift card.

Where can I find the previous Finger in The Nose collections?

You can access our previous collections in our Outlet , depending on available stocks.

How can I maintain my product?

Our care instructions for our garments are indicated on the labels of our products and in each online product sheet, in "care" located to the right of the photos.

Can I have my order delivered to a store?

Yes, by choosing the Click & Collect delivery method when placing your order.

What are your store opening hours?

Our stores are open Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

I bought an item from a retailer, can I exchange it or get a refund?

No, because you have contracted the sale with our partner. We therefore invite you to contact this shop directly.
